The taralli producer “U Taradduzzè” took its first steps in 1990 with the goal of satisfying the demand for fine-tasting, authentic, traditional Apulian bakery products. The name comes from the local dialect for “small tarallo”, the traditional southern Italian snack. U TARADDUZZÈ prides itself on its friendliness and affability, all served with experience, professionalism and a touch of fantasy. There are various sales points in the local market.
